Treasures found

Hello friends,
Hoping this Tuesday morning finds you well. We have lots of sunshine this morning.
I recently visited a local market, it is in an old industrial building here in my town.
There are 3 floors of wonderful treasures and some really nice little shops offering new items in just the perfect fashion. Farmhouse, clean lines and chippy paints. They are also adding really cute trendy clothing to their shops.
I found the wonderful scissor/ball string holder at a shop who’s owner is local. You can find Liz here.
I was also looking for a beaded tassel strand for the corner of this new piece I found at Kirklands on clearance. I found it here.
This is my space, where I stitch and punch. Such a calming space.
Soft, Spring colors…
I will leave you today with this ..

  1. Hi Ronda!!! Yay! I found you!! Now to figure out how to make it so you show up on my reading list. You were always there before….??? The market sounds wonderful…. There is a place somewhat like that (although not as large) in a resort town a few hours away. I love going and always find a treasure or two. The top floor is an antique mall of sorts…so if I don’t find anything in the shops down below, I can wander upstairs and lose myself in time. I love all your “updates” to your home…. Like you said, everything is a work in progress. We started a huge remodel about 3 (4??) years ago now, and while it is essentially done, there are still some finishing touches I need to attend to….ad a rather larger project of making a room in the basement into a craft room. Not sure if I will actually sit there and hook/punch/stitch, as it is very much removed from the rest of the house, but it sure will be nice to have everything craft-related in one place. Happy Hump Day! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
